#weddingwednesday glorious Napier wedding

Lucy and her fiance Barry looked at several venues in Napier and the Old Church was the last on their list for the day, but they fell in love instantly - in their words beautiful, classic and easy.

Magdalen Hill was the florist who produced the beatiful bouquets and buttonholes.  Barry made the fantastic buttonholes for himself and the groomsmen.  Bridesmaids Rebecca and Claire wore lovely pale blue gowns which were perfectly complemented by the blue hydrangeas in the bouquets.

Clever Eva Bradley captured these amazing photos off the close up details of the gown.  Of her gown Lucy said "My favourite part of the gown was how easy it was to wear - I wasn't fussing over it at all during the day, it was classic, simple and beautiful. I also loved the lace detail."

Lucy's advice to brides is simple "Don't sweat the small stuff, don't get stressed about unnecessary things as you don't even notice it on the day - the day goes by so quickly anyway - the day is for you and your partner, take it all in as much as you can as it will be over before you know it."
